(QTS) is an innovative, full-service, third-party rail logistics company with a team of over 65 members, annually managing more than 535,000 railcar movements throughout North America, for over 40 customers in the chemicals, petroleum products, metals, forest and food product industries.

QTS, incorporated in 1988, is a privately owned company with corporate headquarters located at 9568 Kings Charter Drive, Ashland, VA 23005. QTS has offices in Baltimore, MD and Dallas, TX. QTS operates 24 hours per day, 7 days per week. The QTS customer registered railcar fleet numbers over 47,500 railcars. Its service operating environment includes all of North America and Guatemala.

QTS core businesses include Railcar/Fleet Tracking and Management, Customer Information Services and Process Planning and Engineering. Each of these services represents a component part of an overall single process designed to increase the value of railcar service to our customers. QTS tracks and manages it's customers rail shipments, fleet maintenance and administrative/financial requirements. QTS hosts and provides a comprehensive suite of customer service tools called "SmartRail" to meet the daily and analytical information service needs of its customers. QTS provides rail process, planning and engineering services to improve the service performance and asset utilization of its customer's rail shipments and railcar fleet.
